TOTO Japan Classic

Rio will compete in the TOTO Japan Classic, taking place from November 6 to 9 at the Seta Golf Course in Shiga Prefecture. This tournament is the only official LPGA event held in Japan, and Rio, as the defending champion, will be aiming to defend her title. Please look forward to her great play and smile!

Tied for 10th at the BMW Ladies Championship

Rio participated in the BMW Ladies Championship, part of the LPGA Tour, held at Pine Beach Golf Links in Korea from October 16 to 19. She delivered an excellent performance, staying near the top of the leaderboard from the very first day, and finished tied for 10th place.

From July 30 to August 3, Takeda competed in the season’s final major, the AIG Women’s Open of the U.S. LPGA Tour, held at Royal Porthcawl Golf Club in Wales.
