The Fujifilm Group has established the DX Strategy Council chaired by the CEO and vice-chaired by the CDO, as the highest-decision-making body on group-wide DX promotion.
The All-Fujifilm DX Promotion Program was launched in July 2021 and is being promoted under a group-wide system with the President & CEO as the Program Director. All businesses adopt visions and strategy maps, and each business DX Supervisor leads the DX promotion team set up for each business to implement strategies. We aim to accelerate the DX of our business by introducing cross-business support from corporate divisions such as ICT Strategy, Corporate Planning and Human Resources, as well as support from outside experts.

Human Resources DX is one of the pillars of the DX platform that supports the Fujifilm Group’s “DX Vision.”
We are developing human resources who can contribute to solving social issues by improving the value of products and services and transforming business models through the use of digital technologies such as AI and data utilization.
We have established a training and development structure tailored to the level and role of each employee, from strengthening the common DX infrastructure, including DX basics education, to developing DX specialists through selective and practical short-term intensive courses (DX boot-camps), and provide an environment where employees can learn on their own.
