Hands-on Photography Lessons
At Kanagawa Factory (Ashigara site/Odawara site), FUJIFILM Corporation, employees visit elementary schools in the area and teach Hands-On Photography Lessons. This hands-on lesson is focused on elementary students, offering a lesson plan that lets them experience trichromatic light and color, and the principles of color photography.
Soaking invisible film in developing solution and watching images gradually emerge on their surfaces elicits cheers from the children. Observing the fact that color photography is composed of three colors lets them see three strips of film laid over each other.
The eyes of the children light up when the first see this, donning animated expressions.
